We have just completed on our new home and owe so much to Coreco. I cannot praise Coreco enough. I needed a mortgage to purchase my flat and Jemima Fordham at Coreco was recommended to me. I was so impressed by Jemima in every way. Her knowledge of the mortgage market is phenomenal. Despite the current issues with the mortgage market Jemima was able to get me an excellent mortgage with a really good provider. Jemima gave brilliant advice, she was totally focused on solutions and was always really helpful. Finding a mortgage would normally be very stressful but Jemima made the whole process totally straightforward and stress free. It is so good to have a real expert helping you! I would also like to commend Faye Carey for always keeping me up to date and for her excellent customer service.

I couldn’t recommend Coreco more highly, they have been absolutely fantastic. Their support was practical and friendly throughout the whole process. It is not an easy market but their relationships with lenders meant we could get the product we wanted in the time needed. Our experience working with Coreco was extremely pleasant. Scott Lambert helped us to consider different options apart from Shared Ownership which led us to the best option for our circumstances. Cannot recommend Coreco highly enough, in particular Al Baker. Al has worked tirelessly to help us get a mortgage, and then to get another when our first offer expired. The property was on a short lease, and one of us is self employed so this was not a straightforward application. Al helped us to find a mortgage when no-one else had been able to. There were also various delays and issues that arose in the course of the sale. Al went above and beyond to help smooth them out, and did all of this with good grace and humour. We are very grateful!

In a situation where one might not enjoy discussing their finances, and need a bit of advice on how they might be able to consolidate debt via a further advance on their mortgage - Louise was so incredibly understanding. She just 'got it'. From day one she knew what a difference this could make to our lives and therefore knew how important it was that it worked for us. She explained things to us on a very basic level - so we didn't feel confused or patronised and literally took us step by step through the entire process. With the state of mortgage rates at the moment, Louise sought out the best plan of action for us, personally and acted with conviction to get the job done.
